You can also choose to pay as you go for individual consulting sessions. Our health consultants/psychologists will help you identify your key health goals and barriers, look at a variety of health areas (e.g. nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, relationships, career, and emotions), and provide you with the knowledge, strategies, support and guidance to make the changes you need to achieve optimal health
